Just a list of programs I use to keep my Laptop running properly.
Anti-Virus:
AVG Free edition: Work great, just set a time for it to auto scan your computer, and it pretty much runs itself.

Program Cleaners
Advance System Care: Tweaks your computer systems and helps things run better. Has several other free components you can download, all are fairly useful.

C(rap) Cleaner: Useful for quickly deleting junk files, and cleaning up your cookie cache. Can select what cookies you don't want deleted.

Malware/Spyware Blockers & Removers
Ad-Aware: use it about once a month to see if anythig particularly nasty has wormed it's way onto the computer.

MalwareBytes: Same as above.

Super Anti-Spyware: Same as above, but takes less time to run and finds lots of little issue others may miss.

Registry Tweakers
Uniblue Registry Booster (free version): Some of the above programs fix registry errors, but this will also do a deep scan and look for problems the others don't look for.
This should be the proper download for the free version. It took a while for me to find the one I use, so I can't be sure.

I suggest people use at least 3 of these. never hurts to have back up programs scanning for the same issues. What sneaks past one will be caught by the others.
Feel free to suggest your own programs as well.
